Dinan flash gone?

My friend has a Dinan Stage 2 flash. He recently rear ended somebody and it was severe enough to pop the airbag on driver's side. They had to reprogram the car because of this and now when i drove the car, it feels like the Dinan has been over written. Is that possible? will he have to pay to get it flashed again?

yes it's quite possible the dinan flash was wrote over.

there is no charge if you go back to have the dinan flash reprogrammed.
