Pre Lci black grill

looking to replace chrome with black grill on my 07 328i (Pre LCI) ... I'm trying to avoid replica and would like to get some that fit 100% and with good quality paint on it.
Local stealership asking for $160 . Does anyone selling some or can recommend place to get one.
Thanks in advance .

Coming from a Honda, I was skeptical of replica parts myself. The market for BMW's is a horse of a different color though, I've been impressed with the materials used in front and rear lips etc... I got matte black grills for 60 shipped from a 3rd party vendor and they fit perfect and look great. I'm a big fan of OEM parts, but you gotta pay to play.

Why not have a local paint shop paint them? I'm sure it can't be anywhere close to $160. And if so, they are raping you. Or you can always get black paint, clear coat, and sandpaper and do them yourself for dirt cheap.

oh, never mind, by "good quality paint" i'm assuming you're talking about a gloss finish.

BMW performance OEM

I had a matte black aftermarket on my car and it looked OK. I had put the OEM chrome back on for a while and now have the BMW performance gloss black grill on it. Fit was the same but the finish quality of the OEM is far superior (heavier material that won't break as easily when removing or impacted) than the aftermarket. However it did cost 4(x) as much so you will have to make that a personal decision.

I prefer the BMW OEM performance gloss black grill on Jet Black. Looks very sharp.
