Its almost like Smart car. I meet a lot of them when i drive on the germen highways. In some main cities in Europe they are used as policecars.
So you will meet them if you go to europe. I just been to Praha and met a lot of them. Roads are small and they have a purpose then.
The force is they can drive in 500 years citys wiht wery small strees. I dont think this size of cars are ment for US.
