How big of spacers; 19x8.5/19x9.5, 245/275 combo

19x8.5 ET35
19x9.5 ET40

Achilles ATR Sport 2 tires (yes, they are a "cheap" tire, I've got a good 7-8k on them, great wear, surprisingly good traction)
245/35/19
275/30/19

Slightly rolled fenders by the previous owner. Stock camber/suspension, RWD E92.

How aggressive can I go without rubbing?

The standard tire size for E92 is 235/35 and 265/30. Try installing the wheels and tires first, and measure from there.

You should be able to get away with about a 5mm spacer in the front and maybe a 10mm in the rear. Being that your tires are a bit more aggressive than what would be typically recommended, there's no way to be sure unless you actually test it out.

I have same rear tire/wheel combo with et 35 and they fir well. I'd try 5mm and 10 mm and see if you have any rub issues. I don't and I'm lowered 1/2" past stock sport suspension height.
