I've got a 335i w/OEM sport suspension, Koni FSDs and M193 stock sized wheels w/Michelin PSS tires on them an 12mm/15mm spacers front/back.

No rubbing w/this conservative setup. Tried 18mm spacers in back but they rubbed. Didn't want to roll the fenders. So, went back to the 15mm spacers in back. Still have the 18mm spacers if anyone wants to buy them. Tried selling them awhile back but got no takers. Think they cost me $100. PM me if interested.

Figured I'd post my setup.. might be good info for anyone who's running plus sized tires on the stock 189 wheels.

Bridgestone Potenza S04 in 235/40 and 265/35 with 12mm spacers in the front and 15mm in the rear. Lowered on BC coils. adjusted to where there's basically no gap between the tire and fender but not tucked.

I had to roll the rear fender, it rubs where the bumper meets the fender and still does over big dips on the highway. Front I get a little rubbing when in reverse with the wheel turned, I think it's hitting the vent for the oil cooler.

I might swap the rear spacer for a 12mm but it looks so good I'm torn..

Hey sd306, did you try the swap yet? Have you noticed any rub in front with the 15mm?

I've got exactly the same setup as you and thinking about swapping the 15mm in front and 12mm to the rear since I've currently got a slight rub in the back with the 15mm. (xi lowered on eibach springs with PSS)

Rick, you should also note I have the LCI so that may make a difference.

The tires should be installed tomorrow. I'll measure it and get some spacers before I get an alignment.

So, I finally I tried the 15MM on the front and 12MM on the back.

The 15MM on the front have slightly more rub then the 12MM, but it's hard to tell. Barely any really.

The back still rubs over medium sized bumps while driving. During my test ride I didn't go over 45Mph. It is obviously less then the 15MM, but I was hoping for better results.

So after driving a bit more it definitely rubs less often on the rears and none in the front when driving (only rubs by turning the wheel all the way when parking, but again unnoticeable) and so I may bare with it until I feel like paying another $100 for smaller hub-centric spacers. However if you are thinking about getting spacers, don't just get them for the looks the small bump in handling is awesome. It feels more plastered to the ground and is steadier at higher speeds. Understeer is increased a tad, though.

@Turbod and @sd306, you guys with 2011 e92 LCI MSport with the stock 313m wheels.

Are you lowered at all or stock suspension?

I have he same car with stock suspension, what would you recommend?

It's probably because you're using PSS. If you went to Conti Dws I think you would be fine in the rear with the spacers you are running.

I have the attached 18" wheels. I don't the name. I have stock suspension. I'd recommend 10MM Hub-Centric with extended screws on the rear (that's important and they also should have a lip. the bms spacers have all of the above.) And 12MM on the front. I preferred the 15mm on the rear and 12mm on the front, but it rubbed way too much. The 10mm should rub even less on the rear, but won't look as good. You may also think about doing 10 all around to keep it more consistent. The front seems to be wider completely stock.

Probably, but I got the PSS because they are rated the best. I do miss the slimmer look of my stock runflats. Have you had the PSS? The grip and ride is much better, but still not enough grip

I have the 19 inch 230's and stock suspension. I have had my new tires on for a couple of weeks and I do rub slightly in the front on the passenger side while reversing. It seems to be that my tire is touching the screws that hold the back cover of the oil cooler on.

I bought 235/35/19 & 265/30/19 PSS tires and would not go above a 10mm spacer on either the front or back. I have decided not to install spacers at all because I do not want to spend the money just to have them rub.

I get slight rubbing on the rears 18" with 255 35 tires over bumps at highway speeds. Was hoping to avoid that and it was the whole point of getting 10mm instead of 12mm spacers.
I might try more tire pressure. Hope it helps. Also saw some commenting that stiffening the rear subframe bushings might help. (Either with m3 bushings or whiteline inserts).

I just got Continental ExtremeContact Sport and the grip is great and no rubbing with 10MM spacers in the rear on 2011 335i LCI (n55 motor). I had slight rubbing with Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

I used 10mm spacers at front, and 12mm at rear with my 287 wheels on my E90 LCI.

225 tyres on front, 255 on rear. No rubbing. Previously had rubbing at rear with 20mm spacers.

Has made suspension softer though.
