Job Sites
Hi Guys
Has anyone used Monster and the like to advertise vacancies, or used the search CV facilities. Any recommended? Guess you'll get hounded by agencies once you post a 'live' position? |

I'd recommend Monster, go Jobsite and Reed. You'll only get hounded by agencies if your wording invites it. Otherwise, why not let agencies find you someone?. You'll only pay a fee if you take someone on, and they can tap in to much more than just candidates who post their Cv's on a job board. Interview their candidates alongside your own response perhaps. |
