Help with a couple leaks? Found on intercooler piping & steering linkage
Noticed a couple fluid leaks under my car ('07 335i). Anyone have experience/ideas where these are coming from? (apologies for my lack of knowledge, inexperienced automotive DIY, still learning)
1. Runny, dirty fluid coming from the driver's side intercooler piping. Normal? 2. Thicker & generally clear fluid, forming around part between sway bar and control arm (steering linkage?). Pretty sure it's oil, maybe power steering fluid? This is directly below the downpipes, and this car had catless on when i purchased it, if that helps at all. I tried to get a picture of DPs as well, but they appeared clean... Here are some pics I snapped from under the car. Each leak drips a couple small spots each day I park the car, and I have had to place some card board down to catch some of it. |
