Leased vehicles

Anyone know if you can re lease your BMW once the lease is over down in Miami? I've heard yes from some and no from others. Anyone with a more detailed answer? Thanks in advance.

I believe you can re-finance the rest of the residual value of the car. Example if the sticker price of your car at time of lease is $50,000 and the pre-determined value of your car after your lease (24,36,48 or 60 month) is $25,000 then at the end of your lease you can do one of two things. Either pay $25K cash and the car is yours, or re-finance the rest of the $25K in (X) amount of payments and at the end of your payments the car is yours. Hope that helps!

plus you can also lease the same car again for x amount of time as well.
