Custom S Pipe

Right now I have the worst S pipe known to man where my secondary cat delete is.. now, im going to a shop to fabricate a better one. Is there a certain design that will maximize effectiveness? (Its going to feed into a PE)..like should it be one Pipe instead of two, or should I just keep the dual pipe design?

A Y pipe is all you need. Get a good one, and feed it directly into your muffler and call it a done deal.

Not exactly sure what you are talking about given your description but I think this is what you are referring to. Rather than having a shop make something for you just order these. Sounds great with PE, lots of people going this route...

Buying one vibrant U-J bend in the right diameter is all that is needed for the secondary cat delete. It is mandrel bent 304 stainless. Doesn't get better than that.
