what could go wrong next......

so I need ur help ppl... I have done so much work to my E92 (water pump, thermostat, coolant hose and coupler, starter, valve cover, valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, oil cooler gasket, battery, ignition coils, spark plugs, fuel injectors, brakes[rotors and pads], air and cabin filters, new key fob, and removed the steering lock(ELV) in CAS 3 times already......but my issue is now I have no heat(blows cold), the oil temp has risen to 270 degrees, and the coolant low indicator light came on.....WHAT WOULD CAUSE THIS ?? and WHY ?? any insight into this issue would be awesome since im so very frustrated since my cars been down for 3 years now ... I would eventually like to drive it without carrying a trunk full of tools and a AAA card

There was a recall on our cars for the blower motor overheating and potentially catching on fire. What you can do is go to:
https://www.bmwusa.com/safety-recalls.html

Hopefully this solves your problem. Obviously they will change this with no cost to you.

I'm sure you did this but did you properly bleed radiator after your flush? How low on fluid? Check for leaks?

2nd pump at 94K? I'm on 125K I haven't changed it once. Is that normal? Everything seems fine.

In FL you don't have temperatures going from 100f in summer to -20 in winter and probably a lot less traffic. So there is that. Isn't only my car that went through this.

First things first, is the coolant level full in the expansion tank?

Coolant does one of three things 1) leaks out from the cooling system because of a physical breech in the system at one of the connection points, reservoir (inc. the radiator), or in a hose, 2) slowly evaporates from the system through a weak radiator cap vent valve, 3) gets consumed by the engine through a defective gasket.

The first order of repair diagnosis is to have the system pressure tested to find out if there are leaks or defective gaskets.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission.
