Unhappy 320 SE misfiring

Has anyone had problems with misfires at low (1500) revs?.....I thought it was a cold morning thing but the local dealer has confirmed BMW know theres a software problem and Im now waiting for software V29 to be released to fix it!..about 2 weeks to go ..so thay say

Pity ....cos other than that the cars the dogs bits!!..
