iPhone Software updating.............
tried to update my iPhone4 from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4(i think) about 2 months ago..............
when you went in iTunes it said there was a new version available - click here to download and install it tried several times - each time it'd crash and say Network connection lost after 30 or 40 minutes - exactly at the point when the download of the software had completed.......... so gave up Since then - got a new iPhone4 under warranty - and now i've installed the new iTunes 10.5 software.......... and am trying to download and then install the new iOS5 software ............... but it still spends 30-40 minutes downloading it and when the bar gets to the end - it crashes out and says something about network connections............ Whats wrong??? Max

It does take up to more than an hour downloading it.
I cant really tell what the main solution is but it should ask you if you want to 1) download the software 2) download the software and install it I did the second one without any problems but it does take 1 hour to download the software and another 30 minutes to install it. |
