Muffler Delete in LA Area?

I am going to get a muffler delete and was hoping to get some suggestions on a good shop to get it done. I am new to the SoCal area and it would be great to have a shop that will get it done right the first time as I have had very bad experiences in the past with some shops. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

My recommendation is that you do not do a muffler delete. I did it and although it sounds good (1st and 2nd gear only) I regretted doing it (horrible droning on fwys).

Instead of a muffler delete I recommend that you modify your mufflers to sound like a PE: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739970 I would not take your car to Pepe's in El Monte to do that. The owner does not understand English well and they hack up your mufflers and do questionable spot welding.

I got mine done at a shop in North Hollywood but I forgot the name. I'll try and find it for you but they did a great job.

I know of a shop in North Hollywood, called King muffler. Great price, and they do a good job.

Thanks for the responses guys. I actually got a custom setup done with two resonators in place of the mufflers and it is as loud as the muffler delete with ZERO drone. I was almost shocked when I drove the car after the job was complete. I can post up pictures of the setup and a video or two but I could not be more pleased with the setup.

What resenators and how much did it run you? I wanna do a custom exhaust, but not sure really what to do have heard a lot of different things
