Hyde Park is not in Westchester...it's 70 miles north of White Plains....90 Miles north of NYC.

It's definitely going to be a HUGE switch for you coming from San Diego. You're ditching a city on the water for a small town in the mountains on the Hudson River.

You'll enjoy the peace and quiet. It's a pretty area, and there are some nice roads to boot!
