Both okay from what I hear, but hands down HPB is the best.

I actually have had both sets. I have the MM# kit in my e93 and the ST kit in my wife's e90 before we sold it. the ST kit was brighter in every light but the main overhead light, so i mixed and matched because I wanted the brightest all around.

Hpb is the best led interior kit for this car. Top gear solutions also sells the hpb bmw led interior kit.

Modmy3 kit is known to be the cheapest it also breaks your dome light housing and based on other reviews there customer service is lacking. I know for a fact about dome light housing causing problems and there led are not as bright.
I havn't heard much about st kit so I would go with the most reputable which is the hpb.
