I would change the spark plugs and the coils, which can easily be swapped at the same time.

Could be HPFP, this was the first issue I had with my last one going out.

Plugs first, coil then injector. Step by step until resolved.

Change plugs for sure, and if problem continues move on to the next likely candidates as mentioned above.

I had a misfire in cylinder 2 at WOT.

Here's how a buddy of mine helped me diagnose it...

We checked the spark plug to see how bad it looked, instead of just buying new plugs, we swapped the coilpack to another cylinder.

Sure enough, the misfire moved to the other cylinder so it turned out to be a bad coilpack.

A trip to the dealer and $62 later, my car is running amazing again.

im confused in terms of if this is an injector issue, what i mean by this is, lets say its not the spark plugs, if it was the injectors is that because they were defective ones from before the recall or are they the newest ones and they still are going bad? because at the dealer a few weeks ago my injectors were replaced under a recall so i was wondering if the misfires are from the old faulty injectors or because the new ones are still going bad?

It can be everything mentioned above and also carboned up intake valves depending on how many miles are on the car.

I'd change the plugs first. Then look into coils then injectors.

Spark plugs and coilpacks can be swapped to other cylinder banks but injectors can't, since they are specifically coded and programmed to operate on the designated cylinder.

I just had the same exact problem a few weeks back. Misfire in cylinder 6. I took it in to Helix Motorsports in philly and there was a bad coil pack and I had all 6 plugs replaced. Problem solved. I think theres a video on cobbs website showing how to diagnos and fix a misfire like that. Take the coil from cyl 6 and put it in cyl 5 and put coil 5 in where 6 was. If the misfire follows the coil, then the coil is bad. If not do the same with the plugs. Im no tech just watched the video. Check it out on youtube or cobbs website. Good luck with the fix. Im sure its probably something similar to what I had.
