Update with the car and house

So my car has been up for sale around 3 weeks and was sold at the weekend for a good price all happy

My new "BEAST" is getting picked up tomorrow morning

Ended up getting a Citroen C1.... its ok I suppose but you have to move forward.(ill add a pic or two tomora haha)

The house is going through great ... we are onto the house surveyor, so plodding on nicely.

The parent’s garages are full of gear she has been buying for the house and everyone is looking forward to the move, pencilled in for around the 30th July

BUT to put salt in the wounds off selling my bmw, i get a call this morning off a very good friend saying he’s just done a deal with our local dealer for a 325d e92 m-sport with all the bells and whistles on it :|.. Gutted ish but hey im getting a house.

He'll be joining up on here over the weekend so welcome him with open arms

thanks

Michael

Congrats mate... Be careful with the power of the c1 it may catch you out!

Out of interest how many of the young guys on here still live at home with BMW??

Im 26 live on my own in a new bulid David Wilson home in a nice area with no handouts etc... just could not imagine having a phat motor and then taking a bird home to my mums!

No offense intended to anyone because everybody is different!

thats ok wish i had both lol, but some day i guess

my mate is still living at home and has just traded his evo in for a new bmw so i think hes just enjoying being a big kid lol... maybe the young lads find it easy to be at home unless they are just waiting for mam and dad to buy them a house after they have been bought a bmw lol

I have just bought a brand new car for my daughter this weekend and I looked at the Citreon C1 as well as a Corsa, 207 and new Fiesta. I have to say, hopefully no offence to Halpin13, that the C1 was awful, particularly in poverty VT spec. It felt as well put together as my garden shed, the door handles seemed as if they would just come off in your hand, and the seats looked as comfortable as hard plastic school chairs. They were very cheap though.

I ended up buying her a new Fiesta 1.25 Edge.
