With snow tires, when I had the 335i in Denver, I made it up 31 days to the vail, beavercreek, keystone, winterpark, and steamboat ski resorts last winter without any issues. Of course, I also didn't try romping across any 18"+ deep unplowed roads where even my old high road clearance 335xi would have bottomed out. I can post up interior pics soon. The 7 year/100k warranty/mechanical insurance is indeed through geico and stays with the car, aka is transferable but the new owner needs to continue having geico insure it. Since the 335i came with the 18" sports package, it came stock with the oil cooler too. |

fyi for those looking at the geico warranty. You have to be a geico warranty and participate in the MBI policy, which I think is a fee on your insurance statement?

Geico calls the 7year/100k extended warranty MBI, aka mechanical breakdown insurance. It's an addon to the Geico insurance premiums and costs ~$45/6months policy term.
