PLEASE HELP! Juicebox Problem

During my installation of the JB1, the male connector that inserts into the DME Connector broke off.

It seems that the clip wraps around the wire.

What should I do?

Again, this is the metal clip that gets inserted into the DME and is part of the Juicebox wire.

...... FML

Thanks for all your help

Why don't you contact Terry instead of posting here?
There's nothing for us to say to correct your problem but if you contact him, you might just get a different unit sent to you. He was saying that he was selling them for 20 bucks now so he'll probably just give you one.

Man, it's NOT a JuceBox problem. Should've named it "the installer problem".Contact Terry.

I dont have a problem telling my dealer problems im having or mods im doing to my car. My dad has been a client of theirs for over 20years.

You get a different type of service when you've purchased over 15 BMW from the same dealer.
