Battery programming / registration GTA

Anyone in the Milton/Burlington/Oakville/Mississauga, Ontario area have the capability to program and register a new battery on a 2007 328i (e90) ?
Note... I need the specs of the battery programmed in, not just registered.

I'm curious also.... For anywhere in GTA

I know I need to replace my battery soon, just trying to sort out all my options.

There's a respected coder out in Oakville that can probably help but I believe he doesn’t frequent here much anymore. He is in the BMWTN group though.

I'm able to do it, but I'm out in the east end.

You can code and register the battery (to change battery specs), or just register?

I believe BMWhat app can do this now. I have the app but haven't needed to code a new battery yet so can't confirm first hand.
