I know the 3-16 one does 2000-2007 cars while the 3-U one does 87-2007. I'm just wanting to make sure. Can you make sure it will work on my 1994. If it is, I'll paypal you right away.

Mine does not have the "round" adapter. It will only fit the OBD type adapter.

I think you have the 2000-2007 version. If you can find out for sure that it is the 87-07 version I'll buy it.
