Creaking from the rear dome

Hey guys, so today when I was driving back home I noticed the creaking noise from my rear dome light assembly. If I push on the driver side headliner it will creak. However, the passenger side is fine. I removed the dome and I found it coming from this black piece that goes on top of the rear dome that attches to the roof and headliner. Its fastened with with velcro and I tried adjusting it everyway possible...it won't go away!

Anyone experience this?

Should I just take it to the dealership and will they charge me? Its a '10 E90.
