Hi there,

I am looking for someone to take over my lease on a mint condition 2011 328i x-Drive Executive Edition. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer need this vehicle. My loss is your gain.

The vehicle is well equipped and can be described as follows:

- 6-speed manual transmission with all-wheel drive (rare find!)
- Black Sapphire Metallic exterior with black leatherette interior
- Currently has fewer than 21,000 kms on the car
- 48 month lease agreement started July 2011 with 80,000 km lease allowance (average of 20,825 km/year remaining)
- Excess Wear and Tear Package (up to $7500 of damage forgiveness covered at lease end)
- Factory tinted windows
- Rear parking distance control
- 19" Performance 269 wheels (valued at over $4000 at the dealership)
- Executive Package (Navigation, USB, Bluetooth, 10 GB internal hard drive)

- Comfort Access Package (keyless entry and keyless ignition start)
- Power Seats with memory settings
- MANY MANY more options.

The car is $581.50 per month plus HST ($657.10 tax included). Originally, I got approximately $6600 discounted plus I put an additional $2100 down payment at time of purchase. Residual is $20,855 at the end of the lease.
