I use this site to view lease numbers. They usually come in around the 10th of each month.

Hey all,

I'm looking to lease a demo or loaner from any local bmw dealership. My budget is a lease payment in the high 300s, which is why I'm limiting myself to a demo/loaner (I figure I can get more car for the money). The issues with abuse from previous drivers does not concern me as I have no intention of buying after the lease is over and maint is covered by BMW. With my budget, I think a 128/135/328 would work. Since it's a loaner, I don't have much choice when it comes to option, but I don't need navi, prefer to have sport/m-sport, and need xenons.

My local dealer offered me a 328i with prem, zvp, automatic, heated seats blk with saddle with about 5500 miles @ $409/mo. $2400 OTD (taxes/fees) and 27 months/10k lease.

Since its a demo, it's tough for me to compare it to some of the new lease offers. How does something like the above sound? Also, any general tips on negotiating for a loaner/demo? Thanks in advance.

Hey folks,

I am new to these forums but have already got some great information..thanks! I got a quote for a 2011 328xi that I was hoping for some advice on:

2011 328xi Executive Edition (black/black)
+ Premium Sound
+ Leather
+ auto transmission
+ excess wear/tear protection

MSRP: 51600
after discount: ~43500
downpayment: 5000

Due on delivery: 5000 (downpayment) + 4500 (canadian 13% tax + freight + other dealer options + pre delivery expense + first lease payment + admin fee + other small charges)

monthly: $490 including taxes
39 month lease (2.5%) 24000 km/yr
Residual: 24500

A few questions:

1) Is this a good deal or should I try to negotiate further?
2) What are all these fees and can I negotiate them to reduce or cancel them?
3) Should I lower the downpayment? I know there are pros and cons to each but any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!....please note that this is in canada.

Just got a 335xi sedan with an msrp of $52,000 for $560 a month with no downpayment, taxes and dmv rolled in. 24 month lease with 12k miles a year. Seems like there are good deals to be had before production ends

Might be a little late to be useful now, but I went into my dealership looking to lease a new 328 back in Dec. 2009 and ended up leasing a 1 year old CPO 335i coupe instead because I fell in love with it and it was even less than leasing a new 328! Car had ~33k miles on it, 6MT w/sports package and my lease deal was 10k miles/year at $404/month or $440 after taxes with $4k due at signing (fees + $2900 down if i remember correctly). My buyout price is fantastic, even now, over a year and a half later, it's still $5k below trade in value. I guess my point is that leasing a CPO is a good way to get into a nicer car and also it helps to go at the end of the year when the dealers are trying to push cars out the door.

Need input

I'm considering coming back to the 3s from the 5s and wanted to run a couple deals I've come across in the past week or so.

Don't have all the specs, but here's the generals:

2011 335i Sedan AW
M Sport
Navi
Pretty loaded

MSRP $53k-ish
Dealer has it marked down to $48k
$0 to drive it home
$598/mo includes tax
36mo 12k/yr

OR

2011 335is Crimson RED! It's really freaking RED!
Loaded

MSRP $59k-ish
Dealer has it marked to $55k
$0 to drive it home
$735/mo includes tax
36 mo 10k/yr

I usually don't lease, but realize I get tired of my cars around the 3-4 yr mark.

I'm considering trading my '06 530 loaded and it's a wash. I could sell it on the open market and pocket $1500-2500.

Thoughts?
