We are working on sourcing a high flow catalytic converter right now

Also, once Matt verifies fitment, downpipes will be available for purchase. And the price will be significantly less than $999, even though fabricating these is as labor intensive as a set of N54 downpipes...

ha! finally! I need one of those bad boys

Also, maybe I'm missing something but as it is a catless setup at the moment how are we gonna deal with the o2 sensors (without procede of jb) ?

There are people working on that issue right now. If yiu can make 15 psi in the midrange and only make 11 at redline, there is something else keeping the boost down. Only a matter of time til we get around it.

Exhaust flow is still exhaust flow. Wether its it out one turbo or two.

And i have my hands on a can tool from Terry. I will be trying it on both my girls car (N54)and the N55 car.

going to try to set up an appt with EPL next week to hit the dyno and get it dynod stock...see what she puts down. Dans E93 should be accompanying us if it gets back from the dealer in time.

The week after i will be going back with the downpipe (once i confirm fitment) and possibly throw the JB3 on as well. Going to see how much of a difference it makes

The issue is turbine backpressure. This downpipe should make a big difference and let the turbo achieve higher speeds to support the boost at high rpm.

Only a matter of time indeed...

Inside joke

You will never have to remove these to polish em. 100% 304 stainless, and we use high grade 304.... not the cheap junk.

Looks nice Andrew...Question why did you go with a mounting bracket for the DPs for the N55 and not for the N54 dual dps??

The design is quite different on the N55 - a lot more stress is placed on the downpipe from the weight of the cat-back.
