320d Seafoam?

Has anyone ever sea foamed their e90?

My e90 320d is a bit smokey when idling especially when first started. But when it's driving it is fine. I'm considering sea foaming it, then getting the oils and filters changed about 50 miles after sea foaming it. Any one have any advice/opinions on this?
