BigUp to Sammy Au at Town+Country
I've heard and seen a few negative stories about Town+Country
and thought I would share a positive experience. Short story is I went in there looking for lease pricing on on behalf of a friend. Sammy Au sat me down and he patiently generated hypothetical bottom-line lease payments for each one of my options scenarios. I was upfront with him, that my friend is considering MANY brands and is leaning toward the Audi. His response was to provide me with all the info I requested with a polite and courteous demeanor. He even shared a nice story about a 76 trans am that he once owned. I particularly appreciated the more philosophical approach he took regarding the sales industry. There was no pressure, just friendly, sincere service. It was one of those rare instances were you could actually detect the class, honesty and humility in the person. My friend is probably going with the Audi, but I think I found my next salesman if I ever buy another BMW. No affiliation.

May be a good salesman work for the worst stealership imho.
It may only takes you a month ( incl researching and running around diff dealers ) to buy your next car but the aftersales services gonna last at least a few year down the road. just mine $0.02. |
