Removing small scratch from plastic
My kid accidentally put a very light scratch on the clear plastic instrument gauge cover. Any recommendations on how to polish out the scratch on clear plastic?

I'm not sure what would be the best thing to do as I know that the plastic is very easily scratched, I'd just like to mention that you should be careful that you don't just go out and try things that will make it look worse. Hopefully there is someone here who has experience with this exact situation and has had success.

I don't think you would get it out and it would never be perfect again.
I remember using a tissue to wipe some finger marks from the plastic dial cover of my last new car and it scratched the hell out of it. Maybe look at getting a replacement cover??

My Nav screen has a big scratch on the lower left side as well. It would be from sunglasses hitting the plastic when I made turns. Since then I don't use the Nav area for keeping Sun glasses.
I would be interested in hearing a solution for this as well.
