I agree that the M5 badge is a poor show, but insulting a mans lawn is crossing the line.

Having said that, I think it's entirely right to snap judgements about people based on the quality their street furniture. I would be ashamed of those lamp posts.

Locally, there is a car that completely beats that clown, if I can post the plate here so you can plate check it, I would. Its a silverstone? Coloured E39, quad pipes, M5 side vents, M5 badges, M5 bodykit, M5 mirrors, and it looks the business tbh, private plated, I thought yes! finally a local BMW enthusiast! I plate checked it... 540i M Sport Automatic. And hes done everything in his power to look and sound like an M5. There was another clown, I had a pic of it but not anymore, blue, quad pipes, Hamann spoiler, M5 mirrors, Hamann bodykit, M5 badging, did the plate check and it was a 525tds!
