Replace Starter?

After a few days of starting the car with a really rough and weak turnover the car would not start. replaced the battery and still no help. So i assume its the starter.

2006 BMW e90 325i N52

If i purchase the parts can anyone come to me and replace it? Located in Silver Spring, MD Car is currently located in my apartment complex garage

I can do it if you can get the car to me in Falls Church. Replacing a starter without all my tools accessible would not be fun. It takes about 3 hours of removing stuff just to get down to it.
