Hi
Just bought my first BMW and loking through the DIY guides etc.

What would you recommend as the 'must do' mods.

Looking for info on coding and cosmetic mods and any other info that I should know and do. Keeping the engine as standard.

Car is a 07 320d Msport coupe in black.

Going to give it a good polish when I get her so any advice for making the black as clean as possible would be great. In the meantime I'll have a browse around the posts

Get the obd port moved mate. First thing you should do with all the thefts. Cosmetic modding thereafter. Welcome by the way

Will have a look into the obd. Been lurking around here for a while as took me a long time to find the car I wanted.

Thing I'll do the interior lights first then maybe a mod to the cluster. Seen the white led conversion and want to try and put some different more up to date dials in if possible

Quick question....
Will my windows close when I lock the car. Read that american cars don't and euro do. Used to have total closure on my old nova and wondered if I have it.

Will throw up some pics when I get it but it's just a standard Msport at the mo.

I'm thinking black grills on a black car may look odd, I've seen them on white and agree they look much better.

Any links to the obd mod??
