All of a sudden can't read ecu

I've been using NCS Expert for a few months now and all my coding has been fine up until now. All of a sudden when I go to read the ecu to get the MAN file it gives me this error. Any ideas?

I figured it out. I translated "Datenuebertragung zum SG gestoert" to "Data transfer to the SG disturbed" so there was a bad connection between the cable and my ECU. With the help of Wedge, I double checked com port and latency timer and sure enough latency was set to 16. Changed that to 1 and problem solved.
