Smile H&R RACE vs. H&R SPORT w/ 19's

I know this topic has been posted quite a bit but I thought it would be helpful to get clarification on this. Can we see pics side by side of the sport springs and race springs on an E92 with 162's maybe? Is it just me, or do the Sport Sprigs not look like they go as low on the coupes as they do on the sedans? Has anyone else noticed front tire tuck on the sedans with Race springs vs. no front tire tuck on the coupes with Race springs? When 162's go on an E92/E90 it seems they already look ok, so where are the do the differences fall between the Sport Springs and the Race Springs? Apologies if this has already been discussed. I realize this is my first post but I have been scowering this website for months and haven't seen a clear differentiation between the two from a "pictures" standpoint. Anyone else have the same questions?

They effect the coupes and sedans differently because the coupes are sportier by default, I believe. I could be mistaken.

Contact us when you make your decision, we offer the best pricing on H&R.

You are the man, thank you!!! Any recommendations for running the 162 19' reps on an e92 with race versus sport? No rubbing either way? Thanks again!

I'm biased towards the Sport setup, because that's what I'm running. I've got 19x9.5 et30 rears with 275/30/19 tires, and I don't rub, even with passengers in the back.

I can't say for sure that you won't rub on the Race setup, but I suspect that you will if you have passengers or go over speed bumps. IMHO, the race look is too low, anyway.

Good luck!

That 330i with the race springs does look a bit too low, and it's even with the OEM 18's (unless is a rep). Sport will probably be better if it's still gonna be your daily transport

sport

Yeah, I think I am going to run sports but I am just worried that with 19's, if the car doesnt go low enough (especially with such a big faced wheel the 162) it will almost look jacked up. Know what I mean? There was another E92 on the forums that was black with 19 inch CH's that was on the sport spring and there was a lot of fender to tire room... Thanks for all your help guys.

I'm thinking about the 19 inch replica 162s with a sport drop; however, I do like a nice wheel with a lip on it. Any suggestions?
