Baby wipes to clean interior?

As the proud father of a 1 year old girl, I have TONS of baby wipes all over the place. I was wondering, if it's safe enough for a baby's bottom, would it be safe for a bimmer's interior?

I would stick with something designed for car interiors. Some ingredients may not be safe for plastic/vinyl or leather, specially alcohol.

Resurrecting this old thread. I have a friend who swears by this method and that baby wipes are very gentle on leather, since they're designed for baby bottoms. Any one else try this?

They are really good, but the moisturising ones leave a residue

Amazingly, they are also great at getting really stubborn brake dust off alloy wheels. You do need to wash them afterwards though - again because of the residue.

I use those Orange Clean wipes that I pick-up at the 99 cent store and they work awesome

I am a frequent baby wipe on car user - they work great.

It's like duct tape for cleaning, not just your car, I got food stains out of shirts
