335i N54 OEM performance exhaust with N55 midpipe

Video taken when engine is warm. Not cold start.

Thought you guys may be interested in this. I had purchased the N55 midpipe a few years ago but never get around to put it on. Now, the car is a tad too loud.

The difference in the E90 and E92 exhaust does make the E92 sound MUCH louder than the E90 with the N55 mid. It does sound raspy with little drone, which I enjoy. On Deceleration however it sounds different? I don't know how to explain it any other way.

With the N55 midpipe, a e90 is literally the same as e92.

In the past 3 days, I found myself driving slowly to enjoy the non stop burble and popping on deceleration.

do you have catless DPs?

My E92 is on catles DPs, this means straight pipes from turbo to the back very loud and rasp especially when wastegates open at full boost

No, I hate to deal with the CEL after messing so much with my Subaru before. Tuning, timing, waste gate cycle, bung spacer, burnt out O2, low voltage high voltage, etc

Jb4 or Cobb will take care of the CEL. The timing and tuning is taken cared for also.
