Daniel at Riss Racing did mine for 20 bucks. It only took him 15 - 20 mins to do. If you need his number send me a pm. He can drive out to your house or you can go to him (Irvine).

The best price = free. People make a big deal about CDV installs when all you really need to do is remove it. It's simply a one-way restrictor for the oil in the clutch line. When you remove it and join the two halves of clutch line back together you're done. problem solved.
The reasoning behind using a modified CDV is that somehow the dealer won't figure it out. That's lying to oneself IMO. Just like a flash tune being "undetectable"; All the dealer service tech has to do is drive your car and it's clear what is stock/OEM and what is not. These guys drive the cars every day, prob more than you do. You're not fooling anyone who would actually get under the car to check if a CDV is really installed, IMO. But if it makes you feel better, spend $20 on a modified CDV.
