Well, this just popped up, been lookign at 2009's, never 2010's.

2010 335i xdrive sedan
CPO
X Drive
Black on black
premium package
cold weather package
m-sport package w/ 193M 18's.
6 speed manual
USB/Ipod
Ambiance lighting
xenon
original warranty expires 4/3/2014, then CPO begins

37,226 miles, so will exceed miles in about 1 1/2 years, not the 2 left on the original warranty.

Asking $35,995

I have a fully loaded with paddle shifters still has new car warranty and has 46 k miles , u can cpo for close to 2 grand and I have it in black on black 335 xi sedan and am lookin to sell for 26500

That price is reasonable considering m sport and 6 speed make it pretty rare. Definitely try to get them down but even if they don't move much the price is good.

Thats what I though. Luckily I have an 'in' at this dealer and the used car manager said he would work with me. Not sure what that will entail at all, as they also said they have had a ton of calls about it.

Apparently the entire engine was replaced just over a 1,000 into it due to cranksaft failure.

Any impact to pricing for that?

yeah, that can impact pricing from 3-4k off the car alone

Jeesuss...rail them about that. Demand receipts/invoices/some proof that the work was done properly, if they can't supply it, walk away. There will be plenty of these cars hitting the market soon as the enthusiasts get in to F30s!

I bought mine brand new 2011 alpine white on black dakota m sport auto for 43k. If that helps you in anyway. I spent a while looking for AW/BlK but it took me too long to find a used one so I went with new. Feels alot better knowing any mileage on the car will be driven the way I drive.
