Been wondering about it for a little while.

Ag is on the periodic table as the symbol for silver.

Ahh okay, that makes sense..

As far as the tint, I believe he said it was 30% on the sides, 50% in front, but I could very well be wrong. It was posted in another thread.

Scratch the 50%, I was thinking of a different car. But after doublechecking it is 30% tint all around (I assume).

Has your car been delivered yet and can you post some pictures of the interior? I've ordered TiAG with black interior/burl walnut trim but I'd love to see what it looks like in Saddle brown interior/Titanium trim. Don't know if it's too late to change my mind.

and, Ag on the periodic table is short for Argent, the French word for Silver because French once was the language of science.

In TiAG the coupe looks too big IMO, it realy needs a dark color and big wheels.

I agree, it does look bigger in TiAG. Having said that, I think the darker colors, especially the blacks, make the car look too small. I also find that they hide the nice features of the E92s body too much. Luckily the car is offered in more than one color

I lost my sleep over color and finally chose TiAg; IMO TiAg is the best color for e92 coupe. It brings out the best cues/elements of the design of the car - I don't bother if the car looks big or what - even if it does, its the best damn looking color - as some one said: Big is Beautiful!

+1

The grey colours (TiAg, Spacegray and Sparkling Graphite) do show the lines and curves of the current BMW models best.

You done good! TiAg will be the color of my E92, too. I have loved my TiAg E46... a classic BMW/sports car color that is sooooo easy to keep clean. All we have to do with this car is get the wheel selection right and we are good to go. And all of the wheels look good on it. (I just wish those new OEM mesh-style wheels were 19s.)

My previous 2 BMWs where sapphire black, keeping them clean was a real nuisance. Originally I ordered the E92 in space gray, two weeks later I switched to TiAg. I found the space gray looks a bit darker in reality than it does in the ads (where the sun always shines). Too dark for my liking. Wanted a car this time that looks clean for at least a week or two after the last visit to the car wash
