Need a detailer in Los Angeles

I left for overseas 3 weeks during the summertime, and unfortunatly the sprinklers were broken and sprayed my car every single night for 3 weeks. Then the water got baked on during the day...

Basically i have disgustingly terrible waterspots that will not come off with clay, or vinegar. So i think i need an acid compound treatment.

If anyone knows someone that can help me out, let me know.
