Anyone want to swap their M-Sport wheel for my M3 wheels?

I have decided I need a petrol car in my life!!

No serioulsy, I hadn't said anything on here, but my boy Jake (who is always in my avatar) died two weeks ago.
He was fine on the Sunday afternoon, at a BBQ and running round, he was all excited as I was jumping round watching Spain beat Italy (money on Spain) and then after the game went to let him out for a wee and he was all listless, so we called the vet in case he had twisted gut as these dogs are known for it. His gums were pale and his ears were cold, so she said bring him in. So at midnight we took him down and she x-rayed him, said she could see blood so thought it was his spleen.
We went home and she operated on him, but we got a call an hour later to say she had found a massive tumor on his organs and it was hemoraging and there was nothing they could do!
We went down there and waited with him while they put him to sleep.
I have never been affected by a loosing someone before, yeah people I know have died all around me, and I lost my best mate to Heroin when I was 22. But Jake was my best mate, he was always with me and relied on me to know when something was wrong, there is something about a relationship without the spoken word.
I was in absolute bits for the first 3 days.

We rescue Weimaraners so called the woman who runs the rescue club to let her know, that was the Tuesday. We got a call back on the Saturday morning saying she knew it was quick but there was a 6 month boy who needed a home and would be kenelled on the Monday. He was back with us on the Sunday night!!

He's a mental!!!!

He will not stay in the boot of the E91, he has worked out how to get the net down with his nose, and so we bought a dog guard, however he can get that down too. He then clambers over the back seat into the car, he is going to ruin the motor.

So we started looking for an older touring, something cheap and not Alcantara!!

I think I have found one, which is great and will do the job perfectly. But Fiona also said if you want to sell the new touring and get an M3 or soemthing then you may as well.

So going to advertise the E91, but been offered a pretty good trade bid from a porsche dealer, forgot to mention the M3 wheels to him however.

So thought I would ask, if anyone has any M-Sport wheels on an E90 or E91 that they fancy changing for my M3 wheels with brand new Falken FK452 tyres let me know. The wheels cost me £1200 and the tyres were just under £500 delivered and fitted, they have done 400 miles.
I would be looking at a small amount of money my way.

They will only fit the saloon and touring.

18's, they are the genuine M3 wheels, not replicas.

Holy shit Gizze, you should not mix the words 'boy' and 'dog' !!!!!
My heart missed a beat when I thought it was your son you were on about.

Loosing a dog is terrible but a son would be a whole different story.
We have two dogs and I dread the inevitable with them too.

Best of luck with the new car by the way

To be honest I have lost loads of family over the last few years and was obvioulsy upset, but this was a whole different level, there is something about loosing something that is so close to you and with no spoken words in teh relationship. Not being able to make sure it was the right thing to do etc. you just can't ask him.

Well I have just been offered £22.5k trade, that is with the upgraded sound system in there, the M3 wheels and leaving the Sony nav in it, which is hard wired in.
I thought that was pretty good for a trade bid.

I was going to advertise it at £23950 and see how it goes.

It is an efficent dynamics car. 57 plate obvioulsy.
Auto.
Alcantara trim.
Bluetooth.
Privacy Glass.
Blackout grilles and blackline lights.
Really nice sound system in there.
M3 wheels and proper tyres!!

Spider tuning box for around 220bhp and a 0-60mph of 7 seconds, while still returning 40mpg round town and 50mpg on a run.

sorry to hear of your loss mate, ive been there also. My puppy Megan died Jan 2k at 7 months old. Broke my heart. Still cry now for her.

Have two lovely labs currently but still nothing can make up for the loss.

My heart goes out to you and your family.
