VRSF DPs installed, O2 Sensor Question...

Got my downpipes from VRSF about a week and a half ago and finally got around to doing the install. Fitment is spot on with more than adequate clearance of the subframe. Install took WAY longer than it should have, after busting just about every bolt and taking a trip to the dealer to get a new v-band clamp I manned up and dropped the sub-frame, Holy crap what a difference 3 inches of space makes.

What my question is is when putting the finishing touches on everything and making final adjustments, I noticed that the rear O2 sensor of the short pipe is resting against the side of the other pipe. Just the body of the sensor not the wire is resting on it. Using the term resting is even a stretch, it's just touching really. I tried loosening everything up, both the v-band and the downpipe/midpipe bolts to try and rotate the pipe clockwise a hair and raise the sensor off the other pipe but no dice, it won't move any further than where I've got it now. Is there any trouble that can come from leaving it like this long term? I would think that there shouldn't really be an issue being that the sensors are supposed to be able to withstand the heat being mounted directly to the pipe in the first place. Any input would be appreciated, this was my first venture into the mod world (aside from my cobb) and other than this it went and is going nicely
