A couple of JB3 dynos

These are from LostMarine, he's banned I guess..

first is JB3 1.4 MAP7

The last two are JB3 2.0 (still beta) with the addition of a miltek exhaust

Informational only, I guess terry is cool with him posting it, since he also posted on N54TECH.COM

Enjoy

That is a weird dip in torque at about 4100 revs.

shitty graph, what kind of dyno is that? Can barely read the #'s

N/M Mustang Dyno, they always read low. Everyone should do dynojet SAE smoothing 5 for consistency.

It states that it is a Mustang Dyno on the second graph. The Torque and HP axis's are not equal so it will look off. Nevertheless, the dip is weird.

Mustang dyno graphs frankly all look like crap unless they change the mode over to the style that gives you the "MS paint" looking mustang graphs, which honestly, are just as useless. DJ definitely nailed the graphical data representation, IMO.

Its not the dyno that is wrong, the filtering just needs to be a little higher-- 30 or so would provide a smoother looking graph... But this shows something is up with power delivery.

Looks fine for beta software, would need to see a boost trace to determine if its doing what its supposed to do. That it's making more peak power than 1.4 is a nice surprise!

Agreed on the look, but I do love that they are load based and Mustang Dynos are probably the single most realistic dyno out there.

Here's another JB3 dyno. Only mod at the time was a BMS DCI. We did 3 pulls, first one was Map 5, then Map 7, then 0.

I think I have a relatively smooth power band beginning at 5100, right?

Smoother looking, but your filtering value is at 50, vs 6 as posted by the OP.
