probably not no a lot of the more desirable options are often left out on the 3 series ... for example living out in the middle of nowhere i was seriously gonna go for the nightvision option (yes it would of been worth it ... think back to the deer incident last month !) but it was only available on the 5 and 7 series why was this

I rather like the pale blue metallic option. Can't wait to get my order in now especially as my 320D goes in less that 2 weeks.

better quality of light than we usually get in the UK

AND importantly producing an image doesn't stop at the moment you press the shutter. Post processing is where the visual-pop comes from

The new M Sport is here....

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=156290

...looks much better than the SE - the SE looks messy at the front, incohesive.

Wonder if the 18" wheels on the M Sport will change?

They've had to uprate the motors for the electric folding mirror option.

I think its perspective.

The wing mirrors are up close yet the rest of the car is far far away...

...looks like the new 330d is very impressive - only 152g CO2 (less than the 325d, but with same economy) and alot faster with 0-60 in 6.1 secs - only 0.1 secs slower than the unchanged 335d.

If memory serves, the larger wing mirrors are something to do with US regulations (I'm sure our friends over the pond can verify this). The W204 C-Class has enormous mirrors too.

Mind you, having driven a W204 and reversed it into a fairly tight parking space, they do make a difference to rearward visibility.
