Help!! Deformed discs for the fourth time !!

Hi guys!
I have a big problem;
I changed 4 times the brake discs in 2 years !!
The symptom are vibrations in the steering wheel when braking.
The problem is that warp.
Today I discovered that the brake air ducts are not suitable for the bumper M (I have the refencias 51748045361 and 51748045362)
335i M Tech must have (51748045364 and 51748045363)
Could this be the cause of the deformation of the discs by poor ventilation of the disks?
Thank you for your help.

They have reviewed the calipers and other parts.
Everything seems to be right.
New discs only work well for about 3 weeks. After starting the vibrations in the steering wheel.
Thanks for the help.

I have personally replaced few due to the piston sticking in the caliper. Most calipers that work with this size of rotors are with 2 pistons. 335i has only 1 which gets overwhelmed as car is fast and heavy.

Yes, you will replace the hubs, and all control arms and rotors over and over again and the problem will be there until you replace the calipers. That is why the vibrations are returning shortly after. If you have bent hub or failed control arm the vibrations will not be affected from rotor replacement. Same if you are to have bent wheel. Rotor will not remedy that issue.

That provides more than sufficient cooling. I already told you what I think the issue is.

Has the disc warpage been confirmed with runout checks? Is your pad wear within each caliper even?

Although feuer's diagnosis seems likely, there are many details that are missed over Internet diagnosis'.

Perhaps there is an underlying bushing/suspension condition that only manifests itself when there is a slight imbalance or uneven braking force(from pad deposits/disc wear)?

Do you left foot brake? Have all 4 discs been replaced every time?

And what discs were used? Inferior discs can and will cause premature warpage issues.

When you're swapping rotors, are you using new pads or the same ones you removed? Oem from the dealer, or just the same manufacturer?

OEM manufacturer.
I've only changed disks least the first time I changed the whole kit.
The pads are ATE.
