I drive a 2006 325i E90, and right now, I'm on my winter setup, which is 18x8.5 +23 and 18x9.5 +22. There's absolutely no rubbing on my setup, but in July I'll be putting back on my LM reps for the summer and fall, and I want to run a spacer in the rear since its only 19x9.5 +33. I want to get either a 15mm or 20mm spacer, but I'm not sure how far out I want to go. My current setup is close to flush but it's still not as aggressive as I'd like it to be. I'm still saving up money for a 9.5 and 11 setup with 20s offsets for a hella flush look but in the meantime, I have to stick with what I own.

Also my winter tire sizes are 225/40-18 and 255/35-18 but my summer tires are 235/35-19 and 265/30-19. Since I'm Pre-LCI E90, I am able to fit a wider wheel with no rubbing. I'm just wondering if 19x9.5 +13 will be too low of an offset. I'd prefer not to have to buy new wheels for this summer but I still want an aggressive setup. There's the possibility I could mis-match LM reps and get Linea Corse LM rear 19x10 +22 and space those out like 5mm but those have more of a step lip than my Miro 279s, so it'd look awkward. Miro 279s are made in 19x9.5 +20 but it'd be more cost effective to just space everything out.

i have very simular set up with LM but I am running 5mm on the back and 10 mm on the front. I guess what you suggesting is a little more agressive as it is.

Do you have 9.5 rear or 10 rear? I know I'm able to run 9.5 +22 or 10 +28 with no rubbing, but I'd like to be more aggressive than that. I think I'm gonna go with 18mm spacers and be 9.5 +15, and if it doesn't work out, I could swap my front and rear spacers.

My fenders are not rolled. I hope to not have to roll them for fear of it looking fugly. I also wouldn't mind if I was spaced out and the rears rubbed on dips, just as long as they wouldn't rub all the time.

I'm also planning on dropping on KW V1 or Eibach Pro Street S coilovers soon but just enough to clear up all fender gap. I'm not going to slam it.

Rolling your fender will not make your car look fugly. You could never tell the difference between a car with rolled fenders and one without. I am running 9.5 et20 in the rear with 275s and I rub sometimes with a full car or big bump. You would be fine with a 265 tire. And if you lower it on coilovers then you can just add some - camber and be fine. I wouldn't go much more aggressive than 20 offset unless you put on coilovers or tire stretch. ET15 would be tough without some modification or camber. Should look good though. You can look at mine to give you an idea. Later

Can you send a picture of yours? Basically, I'm running 18x9.5 +22 right now on a 255 tire with zero rub, and I want to run 19x9.5 +15 (equivalent to 19x10 +22) on the rear with a 265 tire without having to roll, and I just got Eibach Pro Street S coilovers, but I'm not going to run it slammed, just fill the gaps. I honestly don't mind if I hear rubbing on dips, but it's mainly if it rubs constantly... I've seen some bad fender jobs here where I live, and I just don't want to roll if I can get away with it...

UPDATE:

I ended up going with 15mm Macht Schnell spacers for the rear, so I'll be running 19x8.5 +23 on 235/35/19, 19x9.5 +18 on 265/30-19. I am going to choose to not roll my rear fenders and just run negative camber once I get my Eibach Pro Street coilovers installed.

I'll let you know how it goes. My ideal setup for the future is to save up for some Work Brombachers and run 19x9.5 +28 up front and 19x10.5 +22 in the rear. I know I'll need to do some major fender work for that, but I'll be willing to then. In the meantime, I have to make do with what I have. Maybe I should sell my Canon 5D Mk II.

Tires are hankook v12 265/30/19
Lowered on Eibach multi-pro r1 coilovers to where I can only stick my pinky in between the tire and fender.

I do rub on the fender wells over quick bumps and dips. My fenders are not rolled.

That's interesting. Do you think it's because of how low you're riding? I don't plan on going crazy low with my Eibach Pro Street S, just enough to leave no gap. I'm guessing I'll rub on dips and such too, since I'll be 9mm out from where yours are, but I'm not too worried as long as it doesn't rub during normal driving.

I'm running ST V1 coilovers, 18x8.5 +20 225/40-18, 18x9.5 +10 255/35-18 with rolled rear fenders and I have a lot of rubbing on hard corners but not much rubbing at any other time. This summer I'm planning on doing an 11 +25 in the rear with a 265 tire which will stretch it some, and I'll add a bit of negative camber. It can def be done on a Pre-LCI. Rubbing is not bad at all. It's mainly just an annoyance.

This setup works fine for me! I ran it all summer.

19x9 ET 28 235/35/19 and 19x10 ET 20 265/30/19
