Help. Which parts are these?

I think I am starting to loose a bit of boost on the small turbo. I have checked the actuator and it takes a full minute to release after I turn the engine off so guess that's ok. I have heard others talk of a thermostat not letting the car think it's full warmed up and also a vacuum switch not operating properly being the cause of small turbo not working fully. Do you know the proper names for these parts do I can ask about them at my service soon. Also are they cheap and/or quick to replace?

I have frequently thought the same thing given how well the car ran post red vacuum hose repair.

If the parts are cheap and easy to get to and do not require any ECU resetting etc, I would be keen to get them changes as "maintenance" but to do that, I first need someone to tell me what the parts are called ????
