Local Shop Needed for MD Safety Inspection

I bought a silver 2011 e91 328i M Sport manual just before Christmas and I need to get it registered in MD.

Does anyone have a local (within 15-20 miles of Baltimore) BMW friendly shop that I can bring the car to for my MD safety inspection? I have 20% tint since it was an out of state car and need a friendly eye

, as I really don't want to remove it. The car is mint otherwise.

I had the same issue. Even performance shops that work on modded cars don't touch it. I ended removing the tint after going place to place to place
