Small modification on the intake muffler

I would like some feedback if you did the same by removing part number 12.
(small connecting tube between 1 and 13)



There is a nice growling noise, car seems to be a little bit more responsive.
No signs on, everything seems to be ok. Will something occur later?

that seems detrimental to power. you would suck in hot air from the engine bay and have less force pushing air into the airbox. all it appears to do is allow the engine to suck in air frrom the engine bay and not the scoops in the grill

I doubt that there is any significant ram air effect considering the location of the inlets. Drawing in the higher temperature underhood air is the more important issue.
