just reform the housing ridge as closely to original as possible (should be just enough room for the lens to snap back in; then fill the ridge with silicone, fully press in the lens point-side first, and tape up so there's a bit of pressure and leave to dry overnight. Haven't had any fogging whatsoever.

Has anyone considered or used a dremel with a mini saw attachment? I imagine with the this type of plastic it would not get hot enough to melt

amber reflectors

is that (i think) 3rd picture you have in the DIY, the headlight WITHOUT the amber reflector? is that what it looks like after taken out? thank you and if possible can you send me some pictures of it on your car without reflectors? im having mine customed and i need to decide if i want it gone.
