DIY - Clearing your headlights (removing amber/orange reflector)

Has anyone considered or used a dremel with a mini saw attachment? I imagine with the this type of plastic it would not get hot enough to melt

Is the orange amber just removable? I don't get if you removed then or painted over them? HELP!

is that (i think) 3rd picture you have in the DIY, the headlight WITHOUT the amber reflector? is that what it looks like after taken out? thank you and if possible can you send me some pictures of it on your car without reflectors? im having mine customed and i need to decide if i want it gone.
