Can someone reccomend a dealership with good servivce and loaner.(maybe long island?)

I've been to Park Ave BMW for service (fuel pump replacement) which wasnt great as they kept my car for a week waiting for a part while I got to drive the Japanese Battle Tank uhm.. I mean Toyota 4runner (after I waited for 2 weeks for an appt to get a bmw laoner).

I purchased my car from DiFeo BMW but I haven't heard great things about their service either...

I'm in Brooklyn NY and looking for a dealer that has good service and will give me a loaner (possibly a bmw loaner)...possibly on long island? manhattan?

Can anyone reccomend a dealer that offers what I'm looking for... if someone know a service advisor that would take care of me I'd appreciate it as well... It's sad but I'm considering giving a service advisor like a 20 dollar bill to tip them to take care of me..... (if that even helps)

I need some minor issues taken care of and am tired of getting treated like a DI!@. I paid 50k dollars for a car and I don't need to PROVE to them that the cars seat squeaks...and if the mechanics are hard of hearing I can refer them to an audiologist

.... etc...

Sorry for the rant...thanks in advance...

Ryelle, not sure if I spelled it right I can't never get it right.

Anyhoo, when my fuel pump went bad they gave a new E90 328i as a loaner. I got the car from them though. Call them up first

Prestige BMW in Ramsey. I've brought my car there a few times (once for fuel pump) and they've done good by me every single time. While they had my car there for 4 weeks for the fuel pump they put me in a 335xi, so it wasnt as bad as the corolla or camry rentals most other dealers give out.

Hassel in Freeport Long Island, i think a couple of us who come to the long island meets bought it from there.

yeah I bought it there, but a couple of my friends that haven't have gotten BMW loaners from there. The key is to get there early, as the BMW loaners are the first to go. I've been dealing with Jason Sonian, but am friends with Tony Cercelli the service manager as well. Either way, when you call tell them about how you didn't like how you were treated at other dealer(s) and tell them that you have heard nothing but good feedback about their service department so you'd like for them to do the work on your car and that a BMW loaner is very important to you as a customer.

tried other dealers but none can match the $900 over invoice deal that hassel gave me.

Chris is the head of service, hes the man. I always take care of him, so I always end up with a 335 loaner

If they don't have cars usually in, they set you up with enterprise..... They are great...

uhm...wonder if chris can take care of me... last time I made an appt at Park Ave BMW in NJ i was promised a bmw loaner over the phone and told them I did not get my car there.... when I got there I was told they "just" (total bs) changed their policy and only people who bought from them get bmw's.... my wife gave me hell for driving a huge suv for a week so I want a bmw loaner.....

Hmmm, I brought my car to Rallye and they gave me "We can't give you a loaner since you didn't buy the car from us".

Do I have a bad SA or is this usually the deal with Rallye?
